With over 20 years of IT & Telecoms experience Naren is our CTO. He has been with us for over 19 years converting Mediatels IT infrastructure from one of a SME to that of a global corporate. VOIP, IVR, video calling, speech recognition, ISDN, fax and data services are his speciality. Naren has a MBA and a double qualification on software engineering and commercial computing.

Ann Hubbard has worked at Mediatel for 11 years, currently holding the position of Group Sales Manager, having previously held the position of General Manager for 10 years, Ann oversees the sales teams globally for the company and also manages her own client base. With over 25 years finance experience she brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to a dynamic, successful and people orientated company. Ann is accompanied to work daily with the office dog ‘Telecom Ted’ who is her constant companion.

In her spare time she works tirelessly for World Peace through the medium of Beauty Pageants.

Laura joined Mediatel in 2015 as Financial Data Analyst. Shortly after, she’s been promoted to be the Credit Control Manager of the company’s Finance Dept. Laura has quickly become an integral part of Mediatel's financial process and is a real team player at ensuring the smooth running of accounts & timely movement of payments.
Much comes down to the love of interaction in a hard driven international work environment.

Laura holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Business IT and a Master's degree in Accounting & Multinational IT Systems as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics (Spanish/English). For leisure she likes to travel, explore new cultures and learn new dialects.

Has worked in different levels in a multitude of industries where customer service is of a paramount importance, with this varied experience Manaf is capable of delivering excellent personal service tailored to every client’s requirements and needs. Fluent in Arabic and French Manaf is mainly catering for the middle Easter and North African market as well as the rest of the world.

In his free time Manaf is a keen ocean sailor and windsurfer, he enjoys being by the sea and going for long hikes

Dani has recently joined Mediatel and is looking after international accounts as well as Premium Rate services in the UK. She has over 10 years experience in online media, customer service as well as telecoms and alternative payments, mainly phone payments such as premium sms, carrier billing and premium rate phone numbers.

She is very passionate about customer service and loves new challenges.

Dani holds a degree by the IHK (German Chamber of Commerce and Industry) as well as the LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in languages (German, English, French, Russian and Spanish).

In her spare time she likes to travel and study anything history related. She has also attended a course to become a wedding planner.

Ian has worked in the Customer Service/Telesales and Hospitality sector for 9 years. Has worked in Online Retail,Healthcare,Real Estate and Investments.Ian has a degree and in Business Management Has a very positive attitude towards clients and always prepared their needs. Loves food and wine and always searching for new gastronomic experiences.

Ian has a degree and in Business Management and has huge passion for Motorsport.

Wilsem is a valued and experienced International Account Manager for Mediatel. He has a degree in Informatics Technology and a Master in Business Management. He has been working in sales for over 5 years. Wilsem’s native languages are Tagalog and English. He always tries his best to meet the customer’s requirements. He always looks for innovative ideas to be used at work. During his leisure time he reads about sport and health. Wilsem believes that working hard and being patient is behind any successful man.

Soha has recently joined Mediatel to be an account manager. She was born and raised between Lebanon and Bulgaria and moved to Spain which helps her being fluent in Arabic, English, French, Bulgarian and Spanish. During her Master degree in Chemistry, she has developed an excellent eye for detail, due to the heavy demands of assignments and research.

As a result, she is also able to work under pressure. Through utilising her communications skills when working in many fields such as industries, pharmacies and schools, she has developed successful working relationships and resultantly, she can almost always find common ground with strangers.

She understands the importance of being interactive and enjoys communicating with others for the benefit of the company; also she enjoys facing challenges and studying to improve herself.

Mark has worked in the BPO Industry for 7 years as a Creative Designer. Has experienced in Rich-Media Advertisements. He has a degree in Computer Science. He tries to meet the client needs in satisfaction. He has passion and enjoy doing vectors,image manipulations and video edits as a hobby. And for free time, he loves to play some online games

Sanaa is a very dynamic and motivated person; she has a commerce and business management degree, with remarkable experience in the business field as a commercial interpreter, she can speak 5 languages, Arabic, English, French, Spanish and basic level of Italian.

Sanaa is always available for her clients because she believes on that the client is a king, she can customize her work according to the needs of each client.

Pawel is our IT Systems & Programming Manager. Working for Mediatel since 2004 his expertise covers network design, systems and database administration, programming and IT security. He develops and implement new SMS, IVR, VOIP and VPN solutions making sure they work smoothly.

He holds Master of Science Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
